I have a problem with the word artisan…it seems to imply that people who do not use the word artisan when describing their work are somehow inferior. Artisan bakers are a particular issue…if you make bread by hand, regardless of scale, then surely you are an artisan? Maybe its just me, maybe I am getting too old for this world. Anyway, this was made in Artisan Roast! An excellent coffee shop in Edinburgh with remarkably good coffee. I’m sure the coffee would be just as good if it was just called Roast.
